Prosper Shaked is a Miami personal injury and medical malpractice trial lawyer and the founder of Prosper Injury Attorneys. Based in North Miami Beach, the firm represents people and families throughout Florida in serious injury, medical negligence, and wrongful death cases. The firm keeps a selective caseload, which allows Prosper to stay personally involved in every matter it accepts, from the first consultation and investigation through litigation and, when necessary, trial.

Prosper was born and raised in Miami Beach. He earned his B.B.A. from Emory University in 2011 and his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law in 2014, and was admitted to The Florida Bar that same year.

He began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, where he served from 2014 to 2017. As a prosecutor he tried more than thirty cases to verdict and handled matters including attempted murder, trafficking, life felonies, and DUI. That courtroom experience continues to shape how he handles injury cases. He prepares every case as though it may have to be tried and is ready to present it to a jury when a fair resolution cannot be reached.

In 2017, Prosper founded the law firm now known as Prosper Injury Attorneys. His practice concentrates on medical malpractice; car accidents and commercial-truck crashes; premises liability; catastrophic injuries; and wrongful death. He has recovered millions of dollars for his clients, including multiple seven-figure recoveries in catastrophic injury cases.

The Best Lawyers in America® recognized Prosper in 2026 and 2027 for Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs, after naming him to Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America each year from 2022 through 2025. He has been selected to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list every year since 2019.

Prosper represents clients in both English and Spanish and works directly with Spanish-speaking clients throughout their cases.
